Our family room was beautiful with the basics, a gorgeous view and the massage chair as advertised. The location was great and amazing there, close to nature. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Hakone Yumoto Onsen district👍

The staff were nice and welcoming. My room was extremely spacious and had a good view of Hakone mountain. - the bathroom had modern facilities including a bidet, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets.

The venue is wonderful, clean and the location is marvellous really close to the shops and bus/train station and many onsen in Japan. The rooms are beautiful and wonderful with beautiful view and the Onsen bath and a private hot tub and the staff are wonderful! There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

This place is such a gem with its lovely natural surroundings. the rooms are top-notch, featuring traditional Japanese bedding that adds a nice touch. the view from the rooms is absolutely stunning, especially when enjoyed from the hot tub 🌿.

The rooms were spacious and had private outdoor baths which was a nice touch. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by beautiful green hills with a comforting sound of cascading water. It is also conveniently located near public transportation.

I enjoyed my experience at Hotel Okada in Hakone. the rooms were spacious and had a traditional Japanese feel with a nice bath and hot tub. the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. the food at the hotel was also fantastic, and I appreciated the convenience of having on-site parking.

The rooms were well-designed and tidy with feather pillows. the hotel is in a stunningly beautiful area, close to the Hakone train station, the mountain, and taxi. Hakone Yumoto Onsen district is worth staying in.

the room was a good size for three people, although it might have been crowded with more guests and luggage. the staff were excellent, taking care of our luggage upon arrival and ordering taxis for us. They even provided helpful information about local places to visit. the hotel spa was a decent size and enjoyable. the breakfast offered a good variety of both Western and Japanese options. Cons: Can't fault anything about it! 😃.

the rooms are exceptionally good with cascading water. They serve excellent breakfasts for all tastes with European dishes and Japanese food.

The breakfast is complimentary and delicious, the location is beautiful in a district known for onsen, close to public transportation and popular attractions.
